The secret of healthy and shiny hair

Beautiful hair can only exist on a healthy scalp. As a comparison, you can imagine all kinds of plants. They only can grow nicely, have beautiful blossoms, etc. if the soil they are growing on, is healthy and contains all kind of nutrients. So first of all we have to make sure that our scalp is doing good to become radiant hair with volume & lift.

And how do we do that? Easy – by daily brushing our scalp with the right hair brush. The bristles will absorb your sebum and perspiration and will spread this natural protection as far as to your hair-ends.

Because of the daily brushing your blood circulation will come to life as will the mineral nourishment. This will lead to
o   stop itchiness of the scalp
o   prevention of loss of hair (of course this is also true for men!)
o   working against dry scalp as well as greasy scalp

After a few days only you will feel how your scalp and your hair feel different.

To brush your scalp you will need the right tools. My recommendation is a brush of boar bristles. They are very similar to human hair and can absorb and lead away dirt, grease and dandruff.

Here you see my hair brush. It is made of olive wood. The boar bristles are of different lengths.

To keep your hair brush clean you can use two different brush cleaning tools. To get rid of hair in your brush, you use the little metal broom (on the left). For all smaller soiling you can use the softer wooden brush (on the right).

Since three months I am brushing my scalp for around 3 minutes twice a day and I´m very happy with the way my scalp and hair feels like. So what exactly has improved? The itchiness which was bothering me since quite a while is almost gone and my hair seems to have way more volume.
So I will continue to swing my brush and I am curious about the way my hair will look and feel like in 6 months or even in one year!
